30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and have no signs of use.
- Be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

How to Initiate a Return

When contacting us, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without first obtaining an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 740-299-4440 to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at [email protected] or 740-299-4440 with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
